For children already at St Edmund’s Prep, or for those wishing to join us at 7+ (Form 3), the William Ward 7+ Scholarship is awarded to children who demonstrate exceptional academic ability and talents in either Music, Art or Sport. They are decided by test and interview with the Head of the Prep. Successful applicants will receive a reduction in school fees for the four years that they are at St Edmund’s Prep. These Scholarships are not automatically transferred on the child’s entry into the College.
For those children not currently at the St Edmund’s Prep, a completed Registration Form (including the registration fee of £100) is required together with a letter to the Head of the Prep requesting entry to the Scholarship examination. A copy of the child’s latest school report will also be requested.
