Enrichment Week 2025 at St Edmund’s College gave pupils across all year groups the chance to try new activities, learn practical skills, explore new places, and enjoy a variety of experiences both in the UK and abroad. This annual programme is designed to extend learning beyond the classroom, helping pupils build confidence, independence and teamwork while discovering new interests.

During the week, pupils learned how to teach English as a foreign language, earning qualifications that could be useful beyond Rhetoric. The PE department offered Level 1 Basketball Coaching Awards, giving pupils hands-on coaching experience and leadership opportunities. Many pupils also travelled abroad to destinations including Paris, Sorrento and Austria, while others participated in residential stays, local excursions and cultural activities.

Enrichment Week 2025 provided a wide range of practical and cultural experiences, encouraging pupils to step outside their comfort zones and collaborate with peers from different year groups. Pupils had the opportunity to try new foods, take part in workshops, and engage in outdoor activities, combining fun and learning in meaningful ways.

The programme not only developed skills and knowledge but also strengthened community spirit across the College and Prep. It offered pupils lasting memories, new friendships and experiences that complement academic life.
