At St Edmund’s we are proud of our excellent standard of catering, provided by Holroyd Howe, one of the UK’s leading contract caterers for independent schools. The College and Prep are committed to maintaining a healthy eating policy and works in partnership with Holroyd Howe. The chefs produce quality meals using the finest locally sourced produce available as they recognise that a good diet enhances the power of concentration and performance.
All meals are served in the Refectory for both our boarders and day pupils from breakfast through to supper, offering a range of hot and cold menu choices at every meal and at the weekends we pay particular attention to our boarders so they get a few home treats as well.
In addition to pupil meals, Holroyd Howe also caters for formal house dinners and summer barbecues for the pupils and enjoy putting on themed nights for supper to create a sense of fun.
