On Thursday last week, in a special Commemoration Service, Schola were presented with their choir ties by Mr Mostyn. It was a chance to celebrate the work of the choir within the school community and a time to thank them for their hard work. The Rhetoric II leavers were also presented with gifts and thanked for their efforts over the last few years. Over the last year, the choir have performed in over 18 services and events singing over thirty different pieces of music. We are grateful for all they do and look forward to many more performances over the coming years.
Yesterday, we were treated to another spectacular rush hour concert given by 13 of our students. From solos to duets and student led duos it was the best way to end the day. These informal concerts are open to all students of all levels, and they never fail to impress. Well done to all who took part!
