This World Mental Health Day may be the most important yet.
According to research conducted by Mind, more than half of adults (60%) and over two-thirds of young people (68%) said their mental health got worse during lockdown.
Making positive changes can seem particularly challenging currently, which is why this year we are encouraged to do one thing for better mental health.
Our teachers at St Edmund’s College share below share how they look after their mental health and their #OneThing.
