Assist in the administration of the St Edmund’s College Summer School.

Fixed term position until 16th August 2019. Permanent contract may be offered following positive appraisal at end of fixed term.
Assist in the administration of the St Edmund’s College Summer School. Maintain and update staff recruitment records, student enrolments and database entries. Support academic and residential staff with administrative duties. Maintain and manage Summer School’s social media accounts.
Exemplary spoken and written English, smart appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, quick and accurate data entry skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to take minutes and work calmly and quietly under pressure.
