Bursar

Bursar Required

St Edmund’s College offers modern facilities in a magnificent country setting in rural Hertfordshire, providing a safe and stimulating environment for young minds.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Bursar will contribute to the strategic and operational leadership of the College, effective conduct of financial affairs, sound business management and administration, and oversee the material state and development of the premises and services of the College and Prep.

Whilst not a teaching role, as Bursar you will be working on a regular basis in a school in a role which gives opportunity for contact with children. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone’s responsibility and you will therefore be responsible for providing a safe environment in which children can learn.

St Edmund’s is England’s oldest Catholic school offering an all-round co-education for students from 3 to 18 and for families from all faiths.

If you would like to apply please download an application pack and return it to the HR Department by the closing date.
