St Edmunds College is seeking a part-time Admissions Coordinator.
(Required for as soon as possible)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic External Relations team as an Admissions Coordinator. You will be responsible for supporting the external relations team at St Edmund’s College.
- Hours: 9.00am – 3.30pm 3 days per week – including Fridays, term time only.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Providing general administrative support, including letters, mailings, joining instructions, entrance exam processes and the compilation/updating of individual student files.
- Dealing with initial enquiries promptly and effectively.

Whilst not in a teaching role, as an Admissions Coordinator you will be working on a regular basis in a school in a role which gives opportunity for contact with children. As such, you will be in regulated activity and an enhanced DBS check (which includes children’s barred list information) will be required in advance of appointment.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone’s responsibility. As with all College staff members, you will therefore be responsible for providing a safe environment in which children can learn.
