Following our outstanding AS/A2 results we are delighted to announce that we have recorded our best ever GCSE results in the year that we celebrate our 450th anniversary of providing outstanding Catholic education.
46% of students achieved A*- A grades or the new equivalent of 9 – 7 grade, an impressive 26% above the national average. 25% of all students achieved all A*s or the new equivalent of 9 – 8 grades.
The Headmaster, Mr Paulo Durán, said, ‘The students and staff have together worked hard to achieve our best ever GCSE results and we are all very proud of this outstanding effort. This success has been accomplished through not only the hard work of all but robust academic tracking and new initiatives in teaching and learning which together aims to ensure students can achieve their very best’.
