Throughout the school buildings, books, paintings, portraits, objects and stained glass bear witness to our past.
The Douay Museum and the College Archives are a treasure trove of objects, given by benefactors and friends of St Edmund’s or entrusted to our safe keeping over the years.
As we approach 2018, the 450th anniversary of our foundation, we are thinking about ways of marking this significant milestone in the life of England’s oldest Catholic school.
A heritage display in the Ambulacrum has been developed to tell the story of the school. OEs visiting St Edmund’s can see for themselves the progress made.
If you have ideas about celebrating the 450th anniversary or would like to be involved in any way, do get in touch.
