Friends of St Edmund's

The 'Friends of St Edmund's play an active role in the life of the College and provide a great opportunity for parents to become more involved with the school community. The 'Friends' organise a wide range of events, support the funding for a host of student resources and try to have a lot of fun in the process!

Regular events include Coffee Mornings, the Summer Ball, Fireworks Night, Race Night and a Quiz Night. They also support many other College events such as the Midsummer Festival.

The Friends meet on a regular basis during term time and new members are always welcome.

They are especially keen to hear from new parents from both St Edmund's and the Prep School. Recent projects that have been funded by the Friend's include:

a new outdoor play surface for St Edmund's Prep
a sports pavilion for the Prep
resurfacing of the tennis courts and long-jump pit
the purchase of new instruments for the Music School.
