Without a permanent endowment St Edmund's is not a wealthy school and has always had to pay its own way from fee income, an increasing challenge as the College approaches the 450^th anniversary of its foundation.

The role of the Development Office is to reach out to the wider Edmundian family, to develop and enhance St Edmund's relationship with its former pupils, staff, parents and friends and enlist their support for their school.
