How to Register

We usually admit students at 11+ and 16+, within the College, although students can be admitted at other times if places are available. When places are limited and academic criteria are similar, preference will be given to Catholic pupils. In keeping with the family ethos of the College, we endeavour to support the placement of siblings provided they meet the entrance requirements.

Our Prep school welcomes children into our nursery, Cygnets, from 3 years old and a registration form must be completed.  We accept children into our other year groups if places are available.

Registration forms must be completed for all prospective applications which can be found on the right of this page.

For Entry to the Prep or Cygnets Nursery

Entry to the Prep is after interview with the Head of the Prep and age appropriate assessment.  A registration form must be complete and posted together with the registration fee to the Admissions Office.

Scholarships are available and please refer to the Scholarship and Bursary section of the website for further information.

For Entry at 11+  (Year 7)

Entry to the College at 11+ is by interview with the Headmaster or Registrar and competitive entrance examination set by the College, which includes tests in Mathematics, English and Non-Verbal Reasoning. Consideration is also given to references from previous schools. The entrance examination is on Saturday 19th January 2013. Entry tests at any other time can be taken after registering.

You'll need to fill out our Registration Form which can be downloaded from here or is included in the Prospectus pack.  Post this to the Admissions Office together with your registration fee.

Scholarships and bursaries are available and for more information please see the Scholarship and Bursaries section of the website.  If you would like to apply for either a scholarship or bursary the closing date for receipt for all completed application forms is the 30th November 2012 at midday.

Entry to Sixth Form 

Entry is normally conditional on a minimum of five GCSE passes at Grades A* to C, with a recommendation that B grades or above are achieved in the subjects to be studied at AS/A Level. Students wishing to join our Sixth Form from other schools will also be invited to attend an interview with the Headmaster and provide references from their current school. Conditional offers will be confirmed after GCSE results are known.
